Off peak: No single nights $580 for Weekends (either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) - $530 for Midweek. Add $265 per additional night.
Holiday: No single nights $630 for Weekends (either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) - $570 for Midweek. Add $285 per additional night.
WEEKLY RATE: Off Peak $1525. Holiday - $1750. Peak Season (only available for weekly bookings)- $2800

DEPOSIT:
Outside peak season- payment in full
or 50% for bookings over $500 in value with the balance payable 7 days before
your arrival. Peak season-$500 to firm up booking, with balance of 50%
deposit by Oct 1 and balance of tariff by Dec 1.

Can be made via internet or branch transfer to our bank account (our
preferred option) or by Visa or Mastercard.
CANCELLATION: Refunds are granted only if the vacancy
is refilled in full by another booking. A $50 admin.fee will be
deducted from any refunds.

Recommendations "We stayed at Bay
Panorama for five and a half weeks in Jan/Feb 2010 and
did not want to leave, even the weather treated us well.
This being a return trip, we knew the standard of
accommodation was very high, with superb views and
everything provided to make our stay comfortable and
enjoyable. The location in Lorne is ideal, close to the
beach and National Park (great for walkers like us), a
pleasant stroll to the shops and restaurants but also
quiet and peaceful. Mary and Brian made sure everything
was clean and welcoming for our arrival. It would be
difficult to find a better place to stay; we love it and
